This 1,200-square-foot interior glass project was completed with a strong emphasis on precision, coordination, and clean modern design. The scope required detailed fabrication and seamless integration with multiple trades to ensure an efficient installation process and a cohesive final result.
The project began with the installation of U-channel systems at both the header and footer across multiple window sections, providing structural support while maintaining a sleek, minimal appearance throughout the space.
The installation also included several premium sliding door systems. Five openings were outfitted with brushed stainless anodized single sliding doors, each finished with ladder pull handles for enhanced functionality and visual consistency.
An additional opening featured an EZ-Slide 180 top-hung single-track sliding door system installed with manufacturer-specified hardware and complemented by a matching ladder pull handle to maintain continuity across all door assemblies.
The centerpiece of the project consisted of ½-inch clear monolithic tempered glass installed across twenty glazing sections. Each panel was fabricated with precision flat-polished edges at all exposed areas, delivering a clean and refined appearance. All butt joints were sealed with silicone to create a smooth, uninterrupted finish while ensuring long-term durability.

NAPA COMMERCE CENTER

Our team completed comprehensive storefront glazing and tenant improvement (TI) work at the Napa Commerce Center across Buildings B, F, G, and H. The project involved the installation of high-performance storefront systems, insulated glazing, custom interior glass, aluminum doors, and specialty hardware designed to meet both the aesthetic and functional requirements of multiple tenant spaces throughout the campus.
The core exterior scope included the installation of Arcadia Metal 2" x 4½" center-glazed storefront systems (ASL451) in clear anodized aluminum configured for 1" glazing. Multiple insulated glass systems were installed throughout the project, including 1" overall insulated units consisting of ¼" Atlantica over ¼" Solarban 60, as well as 1" insulated units utilizing ¼" Atlantica over ¼" Opaci-Coat 300 “Awesome Green” #2-1851 for designated architectural applications.
Additional scope included the installation of medium stile aluminum storefront pair doors complete with standard hardware packages, aluminum sill pans at required storefront conditions, and finished break metal fabricated to match storefront mullions at both interior and exterior column locations. Interior and exterior sealants were completed using Sikaflex 15LM caulking systems to ensure long-term durability, weather resistance, and clean finished transitions throughout the project.
Tenant improvement work across each building required close coordination with multiple trades while maintaining consistency with the overall architectural design of the development.
At Building G for Fior Di Sole, the scope focused on creating clean, modern interior office partitions utilizing tempered glass sidelites and polished butt-joint glazing systems. The installation emphasized transparency, precision alignment, and seamless integration with surrounding architectural finishes.
For Building F – Vinfolio, the tenant improvement scope centered on expanding and enhancing the existing storefront systems with new insulated glazing, custom entry assemblies, and interior glass partitions. The completed installation maintained continuity with the building’s original architectural design while improving functionality and tenant usability throughout the space.
At Building H – M7 Wine Solutions, the project featured frameless glass entrances, upgraded storefront door systems, and custom bronze-finished hardware designed to create a sleek and contemporary appearance. Detailed coordination between specialty framing systems and glazing components ensured a refined finished product across the tenant space.
Work completed at Building B – Theoni Collection included the installation of clear tempered interior glazing and dispatch window systems within newly prepared partition openings. Additional storefront hardware upgrades improved accessibility and functionality while complementing the tenant’s interior layout and design aesthetic.

THE FATHER'S HOUSE VACAVILLE CAMPUS EXPANSION

As part of the expansion at The Father’s House, our team delivered a complete architectural glazing and aluminum storefront package designed to support both the functionality and visual impact of the growing campus. The project combined precision fabrication, high-performance glazing systems, and clean modern aesthetics to create welcoming spaces filled with natural light and long-term durability.
The scope included the installation of multiple custom Arcadia architectural systems throughout the facility, including curtain wall openings, center-glazed and offset-glazed storefront systems engineered for 1” insulated glass, all finished in clear anodized aluminum for a sleek contemporary appearance.
Our crews installed a variety of storefront assemblies and custom entry systems including medium stile aluminum pair doors, single entry doors, a ULT5920 pocket sliding four-panel door system, and a large six-panel La Cantina sliding door system designed to create a seamless transition between interior gathering areas and exterior spaces.
To improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort, the project incorporated high-performance insulated glazing featuring Solargray glass and SB70XL coatings, along with tempered safety glazing at required locations. Interior glazing systems were completed with clean water-based sealants, while exterior perimeter conditions were sealed using commercial-grade Sikaflex systems for long-term weather resistance and durability.

THE FATHER'S HOUSE | NAPA CAMPUS

This project focused on a storefront and interior glazing upgrade that combined modern architectural glass, commercial-grade hardware, and code-compliant structural reinforcement to enhance both functionality and visual appeal.
The scope included the installation of multiple aluminum storefront door systems featuring both single and double entry configurations with integrated sidelites and transoms to maintain architectural continuity throughout the space. Each assembly was carefully engineered and reinforced at critical load points to meet current building code requirements while ensuring long-term durability and stability under daily commercial use.
All storefront systems were designed with precision load distribution in mind, incorporating reinforced support within the jamb, head, and sill conditions to properly strengthen the existing framing and accommodate modern structural demands.
Doors were completed with heavy-duty commercial hardware selected to provide long-term reliability, security, and accessibility in high-traffic environments.
The project also included custom interior glazing within the AV room, featuring precision-cut angled glass fabricated to meet tight architectural constraints while maintaining clean sightlines, safety, and a seamless modern appearance.

REGENCY AT TRACY LAKES

At the Regency at Tracy Lakes amenity center, our team delivered a complete architectural glazing package that combined modern storefront systems, high-performance insulated glass, and refined interior finishes to help create a welcoming and functional community space.
The project included the installation of an Arcadia AG451T 2” x 4½” center-glazed storefront system engineered for 1” insulated glass and finished in dark bronze anodized Class II aluminum. Complementing the system, we installed 1” insulated glazing featuring ¼” Gray/SB60 glass, a ½” mill spacer, and ¼” clear glass to provide a balance of solar control, natural light, and occupant comfort throughout the facility.
To enhance functionality and indoor-outdoor connectivity, the project also featured narrow stile storefront doors with custom hardware, an Arcadia ULT5920 multi-panel sliding door system, and an Oasis 10000 series multi-panel bifold system, all finished in matching dark bronze anodized aluminum. These large openings created seamless transitions between interior gathering areas and outdoor amenities while maintaining smooth operation and long-term durability.
Interior and exterior finishing work included water-based interior sealants and Sikaflex 15LM perimeter sealants where required to provide clean finishes and long-term weather protection.
The scope also included specialty interior mirror installations throughout the amenity center. Decorative mirrors were installed within the clubhouse and pool house restrooms, while the fitness center featured two large custom mirror systems measuring approximately 28’ x 9’ and 30’ x 7’. These mirrors were installed using J-channel and mirror mastic with polished exposed edges and coordinated cutouts where required.
From storefront glazing systems to custom interior finishes, the Regency at Tracy Lakes amenity center reflects a strong focus on craftsmanship, performance, and attention to detail while supporting a modern space designed for both everyday use and long-term durability.
